Citrus from Arizona is great during the winter and early spring. Oranges, Lemons, Limes and Grapefruit are great to eat by themselves. I love half a grapefruit and a little coconut sugar for breakfast, lemon juice in my water, lime in my stir fry dinner and an orange before bed. Here is a great way to enjoy the citrus. Juice it in halves with a simple juicer that strains the seeds. Use all the citrus together for a new flavor. Enjoy throughout the week.
