Simple Arugula Recipe from Phyllis

CSA member Phyllis sent me a picture of how she ate her arugula last night.  It is an easy way to enjoy greens.

She lightly steamed it and put sweet pumpkin ravioli (Trader Joe’s-made with ricotta) on top. You can buy ravioli in many flavors in the refrigerated or frozen sections. Tastes good; they seem to balance each other out. She cooked the ravioli in a little brown butter. Enjoy!
