Pear Recipes

My dad picked up the CSA share this week and ate some pears outside so that the juice could drip on the ground.  They are ready to eat raw and mine are almost gone this morning. I have saved a few recipes for my favorite pear desserts. A crisp is the easiest thing to make with ripe fruit and does not need additional ingredients. The tart has a shell and almond filling, but we have enough pears to make the beautiful dessert.  Enjoy!
