Spiced Whole Wheat Pumpkin Bread

Sweet breads are a great way to include fruits and vegetables into your day as treats or a toast for breakfast.  We received apple butter in the CSA share this week and I wanted a hearty bread as a base to enjoy it.  Pumpkin bread popped into my head. I had roasted a pie pumpkin back in November and froze about half of it.  This was the perfect amount for this recipe.  It also uses whole wheat flour from our share.  Enjoy.
