Week of Meals 2/11 – 2/15/11

This week was an exciting share for me.  First of all we received goat cheese from Old Windmill Dairy and mine was a deep garlic flavor and full of green capers.  I have loved this type of cheese and was pleased that it was in our share.  I opened it when I got home and ate it on crackers with the Heidi’s Raspberry and Ginger Jam. Secondly, I was excited to cook the bolita beans.   That was a special treat to make in my new pressure cooker and the recipe will be on the blog this week.

Monday: Bolita Beans with Flank Steak and Coleslaw

TuesdayPotato, Onion & Pea Soup
