Tip for Fruit Smoothies

Smoothie Tip from Alice

Since it’s so hot now, I don’t feel like being in the kitchen cooking or even eating. Salads are great. I’ve also been making fruit smoothies for a meal. I use what I have, but the basic ingredients include yogurt, plain, three ice cubes, fresh fruit,— overripe peaches work well,– frozen blueberries or frozen mixed berries. Add a bit of juice, like mango or papaya . We have Jumex juice cans for camping, so half of one of those is great. Blend all together until the ice cubes are tiny or dissolved. Serve in tall glass.
