Good evening members. It was wonderful to meet more of you today at St. Johns. Here are a couple of tips on the tomato and spinach.
Green Tomato- The tomatoes are heirloom and the green ones are ripe and ready to eat. I am making a salad with tomato, sprouts and cucumber.
Spinach- Many of you LOVE the spinach and eat it raw (including myself!!). If you have extra spinach and you want to save it, you could chop, blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and let dry. You can freeze it and use it later. This tip was from Alice today in distribution.
