Persimmon-Quince Butter Ideas

The persimmon-quince butter from today’s distribution is basically the pulp from the fruit.  It would work well in any of the baking recipes on the persimmon page (look at the top bar and click on PERSIMMON to see more details on the fruit).  If you have any cooking tips, please post a comment at the bottom of this entry or email me at blog@beneficialfarm.com
