Fennel and Leek Soup Recipe

Leeks have a wonderful texture when sauteed slowly or in soup.  I make a leek soup with just chicken stock that is very basic.  I saw this recipe last month and saved the link…hoping that we would have leeks and fennel in the same week.  I am now on the hunt for fennel to make this soup.  It sounds creamy and delicious.
